The first screen you are taken to after logging on allows you to select what type of document you wish to view. The options are Billing Documents, Claims Documents, and Policy Documents. Below are examples of each to help you determine which document type to select.
- Examples of Billing documents are renewal billing notices, installment due notices, balance due notices, EFT documents, etc.
- Examples of Claims documents are claim checks, roof claim holdback requests, etc. NOTE: Certain claims document types are not viewable from this interface.
- Examples of Policy documents are declarations, letters & notices, return premium checks, agent communications, inspections, etc. NOTE: Policy documents represent the majority of all documents regarding a particular policy.
Once you have determined which Document type to view, click the 
button next to it to be taken to a screen which will help you search for documents of that type.
- Back Button - Click this button to go back to the login screen.
